Douglas just found out that he’s a prince! Not because he’s related to the queen of England or anything like that. He’s a prince because he’s a Christian, and that means that He’s been adopted into God’s family! We can be princes or princesses in the Kingdom of God if we just accept Jesus as our savior. How cool is that?!
When you believe in Jesus you are given the right to become a child of God. Technically, we’re all children of God in one sense, He made us all after all, but the Bible says that if we believe in Jesus we are His actual children adopted into His actual family. So next time you think you’re not very special or you think you’re not important to God, remember that if you believe in Jesus then you are a part of God’s family, and He’s the King! That makes you a prince or a princess in the kingdom of God!
