“Merry Christmas!” means, “Happy Christmas!” And we have so much to be happy about. On Christmas, we celebrate Jesus’ birth. God sent Jesus to the world to save us from our sins. Our sin (the bad things we do) separates us from God. We can’t do anything to save ourselves from our sin. We need a Savior. And God loves us so much that He made a way for us to be with Him forever. Because of who Jesus is and what He did for us, if we believe in Him, we can have eternal life! It’s the greatest gift ever! And a wonderful reason to celebrate. Merry Christmas!
