Perseverance is a long word, but it’s pretty simple to understand: to persevere means to keep trying, even when it’s hard. There are many things in our life that require perseverance, and it can be really difficult. But we don’t have to persevere on our own! God would love to help us live the life He has called us to.
Just about anything worth doing is going to be difficult at times. But there are rewards for perseverance. Rewards here on earth but also heavenly rewards! Don’t give up! Keep going! If you are living the life God has called you to, it will all be worth it! You can do it!
Perseverance Bible Verses:
- Isaiah 40:31 | God can give you strength to keep going!
- Galatians 6:9 | Don’t give up! You’re almost there!
- James 1:12 | It’s all worth it
- Romans 5:3-5 | Perseverance makes you stronger
Perseverance Family Time Questions:

Prayer:
Dear God, thank you for always being there for me. Please help me to persevere and always keep moving forward. In Jesus’ name Amen.
