Faith in Jesus Christ is not the end, but the beginning. If we want to be able to live our best life ever, we need to add to our faith. One of the things that we need to add is virtue. Virtue means goodness or moral excellence. To add virtue to your faith means to do what God has instructed you to do instead of trying to do things your own way. The Bible is absolutely filled with instructions for right living. Our righteousness or virtue is not what saves us; believing in Jesus is the only way to heaven. We can’t be perfect, only Jesus can do that, but when we add virtue to our faith, we can do incredible things.
