Even if you’re not great at singing, God wants us to make a joyful noise! Let’s all praise God with music and with how we live our lives.
Douglas tried out for the praise band at his church. He wanted to be one of the singers up front who helps the congregation worship. But he didn’t get the part, and he’s not super surprised because he’s not actually a very good singer. And that’s ok, He’ll still praise God at church, just not up front. Even if you haven’t been gifted with the ability to sing well, or to play an instrument, God still wants us to praise him with our music. The Bible says to “Make a joyful noise to The Lord” it’s doesn’t say it has to be a perfect noise! And God also wants us to praise him not just with music, but with the way we live our lives. So whether you are a great musician, or not so great, we can all make a joyful noise to The Lord!
